60% WORKERS WILL NEED RESKILLING BY 2030

"AI skills" doesn't mean what most people think.
60 out of every 100 workers will need reskilling by 2030. And the majority are preparing for the wrong thing.
They're thinking: learn to code. Learn Python. Get technical.
But if you're a teacher, a marketer, a manager, an HR or finance professional — that's not where your time goes.
Here are the 4 skills everyone should learn.
1. Prompt engineering Not writing Python. Writing clear instructions — role, context, format — so AI gives you useful output instead of garbage.
2. Output verification Knowing when AI is wrong before it embarrasses you or costs you. Hallucinations are real. Catching them is a skill.
3. AI literacy Understanding which tools are safe for sensitive data. Knowing what AI genuinely can't do. This protects your clients, your company, and your reputation.
4. Human judgment Deciding what to actually do with the output. This is irreplaceable — and it's still entirely yours.
The urgency is real. The direction is clear.
Which of these 4 skills do you think most professionals are slowest to develop?
